Can I use Bkmark for free?

Yes! Bkmark has a free plan.

Which browsers are supported?

Our browser extensions are currently available on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. We are working hard on porting it to other popular browsers such as Safari. The Bkmark dashboard is supported on all modern browsers.

Are there any ads on Bkmark?

No there are no ads on Bkmark. We're completely ad-free. We are able to run the service thanks to the subscriptions. Paying for Bkmark lets us work on Bkmark tirelessly, including the browser extensions, web dashboard and third party integrations.

Are you making iOS and Android apps?

It's on our roadmap for the near future. However, we are focusing on providing the best desktop bookmarking experience. You will also love to know that out web dashboard is fully responsive and works well on mobile phones.

How can I save bookmarks from my phone?

Until our mobile applications are ready, you can save on the go by sending an email to save@app.bkmark.io. We are also currently working on a Telegram integration to be released in the coming months.

How can I change my profile photo?

Connect your Bkmark account with one of our third party integrations, including Twitter, and we will update your photo with the photo you rock on that website.

How do you process payments?

Billing is handled with Stripe. They handle billing for the likes of Zoom, Slack, Shopify or Instacart. We do not get your payment details directly, Stripe takes care of them in our behalf.

What if I cancel my plan?

You keep access to all your bookmarks and collections. You keep access to some core features such as the weekly email digests and the browser extension discovery features. However you will not be able to save any addtional bookmark or create collections.

What happens if my payment fails?

We will notify you of the issue and extend your membership by a few days, enough time to review your payment methods. After that your account will be made inactive.

I never had a steady habit for storing links, I would save, and simply forget about them. But now, I can save my links in an organical, easy-to-browse way and get reminders for when I need them. Bkmark has become my go-to productivity app and it is not about to change! I love this app!
